I ordered the oboe reeds for my daughter to use at school, and I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service. The reed itself is of excellent quality - my daughter found it remarkably easy to play and was very pleased with it.
What stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. When a last-minute performance came up and an urgent delivery was requested, the reed unfortunately went missing in transit. Despite this occurring over a weekend, the team responded immediately and, without hesitation, crafted and dispatched replacement reeds to ensure they arrived in time for the concert. Their dedication and swift action made all the difference.
